Welcome to poeteez.com, the home of Cool Gear with a TWIST of Rhyme and related products. Three artistic fields - poetry, graphic art and screen printing – converge to produce a novel medium of creative expression that can be proudly worn i.e. POETEEZ.
Founded in the spring of 2008 by Guyanese-American award-winning poet and author Pablo (a.k.a. James G.D. Paul), poeteez.com offers an eclectic array of tee shirts, polos, headwear and fashion accessories. Our tee shirts are made of 100% ringspun cotton and many are also enzyme washed for superior softness and comfort.
You’ll find our site to be both secure and user-friendly. Our primary product - tee shirts - is grouped into three categories:
1. Poeteez – featuring cutting-edge, graphically-enhanced poetry by Pablo and his extended family of contemporary poets.
2. Logo/Brand Tees - featuring the poeteez trademark logo and/or name.
3. Graphic Tees – featuring vector art with social, cultural and political undertones.
Our secondary products (polos, headwear etc.) feature the poeteez name and/or one of the two poeteez logos – classic (in red, gold and green) or basic (In black/white and other colors). Please note that we have significantly expanded our headwear lines based upon customer demand and feedback to include handcrafted fedoras by Peter Grimm and Goorin Brothers, among others. In addition, a hat-sizing chart has been inserted below to help you make the perfect choice before placing your order.
Finally, we offer 11x14 and 11x17 poeteez posters of select poems by Pablo, and seven published books by Pablo; five books of poetry and two biographical novels.
Our mission is to exceed your expectations for quality, value, comfort, style and service. Our culture is driven by the core values of integrity,innovation, accountability, open communication, customer focus and philanthropy; one dollar ($1.00) from the sale of each poetee will be donated to Pablo’s scholarship fund for college-bound underprivileged students in select communities in the US and the Caribbean.
